Sarah Schlemeier Henke attended the University of Missouri from 2010–2014, graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Health Sciences and minors in Psychology and Service Learning. After graduation, she launched her career in St. Louis, MO, working in grant-funded wellness non-profits. Her most recent grant-funded role was in association management in 2015 with another Missouri consulting firm. When the grant expired, Gamble & Schlemeier hired Sarah full-time to support lobbying efforts.
 

Seeing a growing need in advocacy, Sarah founded Advocacy360, a firm dedicated to developing and strengthening coalitions and grassroots networks. She splits her time between Advocacy360 and Gamble & Schlemeier, as the two companies share office space. Advocacy360’s clients include some of the largest trade associations in Missouri.
 

Sarah went on to further her education at the University of Missouri, earning her Master’s in Public Affairs. Growing up around advocacy and association management as the daughter of G&S partner Jorgen Schlemeier, Sarah has built a career that reflects both her passion and expertise. She currently resides in Columbia, MO, with her husband, Hayden, and their sons, Wallace and Graham.
