This year, ASA's premier grassroots advocacy meeting on legislative, political, and regulatory issues affecting the practice of anesthesiology will be held Monday, May 18 - Wednesday, May 20, 2025 at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C.
 
Component Society officers, Legislative Chairs, leaders in academic anesthesiology, ASA “Key Contacts,” aspiring “Key Contacts,” members of the ASA Grassroots Network, members of the Medical Student Component, residents, anesthesiologist assistants, and other interested members are strongly encouraged to attend.

A block of hotel rooms has been reserved for conference registrants at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill, 400 New Jersey Avenue, NW, Washington, D.C. The block is under the name of the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) and covers rooms from Friday, May 15 through Thursday, May 21, 2026.
