Grace Riley

Director of Membership Communications

Grace Riley brings a strong background in public health and health equity to her work as an advocate in Missouri’s Capitol. She has advanced legislative and regulatory solutions that improve care delivery, expand patient access, and strengthen Missouri’s healthcare system. Grace focuses on grassroots development, stakeholder engagement, and health-focused legislative initiatives, helping clients turn complex issues into actionable policy.

Grace built a strong foundation in public health research and policy before moving into advocacy. She served as an undergraduate fellow with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Global Pediatric Medicine, where her work supported international health equity initiatives. At Rhodes College, she conducted neuroscience and chemistry research, co-authored a publication in Viruses, and her work was presented at the National Conference on Undergraduate Research. She began her career in public policy as an intern with Gamble & Schlemeier in 2019.

Grace graduated with honors from Rhodes College in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and a minor in Health Equity. She now helps lead the advocacy teams of several of Missouri’s largest healthcare trade associations. In addition, she works with Advocacy360 to manage grassroots campaigns and build coalitions that advance a broad range of issues.

A Columbia resident, Grace works primarily from the Jefferson City office while remaining active in statewide advocacy and community engagement.
